How To Make a drink
OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
We provide a quality, made to order drink, that is consistent every time a customer orders it, no matter who makes it here at Ginny’s Pit Stop:

Pull sticky label from the Printer

Choose the correct cup size.

Place the label on the back of the cup, over the barcode, or opposite the Ginny’s sticker.

Review all ingredients needed to make the perfect drink
-
Add Syrup Flavors according to size.
-
Add desired ice (nugget, cubed) half full or to the level indicated on label
-
Fill with Soda, allowing room for any additional ingredients. Stir
-
Add Purèe, and stir.
-
Add Cream, Fruit or poppers, Do NOT stir after adding cream.

Top off with soda if necessary. DO NOT OVERFILL!!

Wipe down the sides, and put the lid on making sure that it does not spill down the sides, or come out the top. Gently swirl to mix in the cream.

How To Make an ACAI Bowl
OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
We provide a quality, made to order drink, that is consistent every time a customer orders it, no matter who makes it at a Ginny’s Pit Stop:

Pull sticky label from the Printer

Choose the correct bowl size.

Place the label on the shelf, over the table, where you can easily see it..

review all ingredients needed to make the perfect acai bowl.

Scoop ACAI according to size. (Full scoop)

Add desired Fruit toppings indicated on the label. Following the recipe to ensure the correct amount of fruit.

Add the sauce toppings. (peanut butter, nutella, or honey).
-
Top off with granola, using the correct portion cup based on the size of bowl.

Sprinkle with coconut or chia seed, depending on the flavor of the bowl.

Wipe down the sides, and put the lid on making sure that it does not spill down the sides, or come out the top.

Place the label on the top of the bowl.

Serve with a spoon.

How to Serve a cookie
OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
We provide a fresh cookie, that consistently looks and tastes the same every time no matter who makes it at a Ginny’s Pit Stop:

Pull sticky label from the Printer

Choose the correct packaging:
-
Single Bag- Classic sugar, chocolate chip, hub cap, peanut butter, snickerdoodle, monster, and Scones.

Small Boat - One cookie with gooey toppings. Coconut lime sugar, better than anything, fruit pizza, any cheesecake toppings.

Large boat - two cookies with gooey toppings,

place the label on the back side of the single bag. (4 or more put in brown sack)

When serving a cookie, use a gloved hand to feel for freshness. If it is stale or hard do NOT serve it. Try a different cookie on the tray.

When using a boat tray, always put a checkered triangle with our logo in the tray before you place the cookie inside. (You do not need to put the label on the boats)

When Serving the Specialty cookies, take the trays from the fridge and put it on the counter to remove the lid. This will prevent the lid from smashing other cookies on the tray.

Always use a glove or spatula to get the cookies. NEVER bare hands.

Place cookies in the correct staging area ready for customers.
We Will NEVER serve a cookie that looks ugly, stale, smashed or broken to a customer!!!!

Place the label on the back of the cup, making sure to cover the barcode or place it opposite the Ginny's sticker.

Add the syrup flavors to the cup according to its size, making sure to use the right amount.

Add the Slush Puppie base to the cup, but be careful not to overfill it.

After adding the base, wipe down the cup to remove any excess syrup or spills.

Finally, put the lid on the cup, making sure it's securely in place. Gently swirl the cup to mix everything together.

ADDING ICE CREAM
To create a delicious and consistent Slush Puppie with added ice cream, follow these simple steps:

Pour the Slush Puppie flavor and base into a cup, leaving about an inch of space at the top for the ice cream.

Be careful not to overfill the cup. If you do, the mixture might spill out the sides or over the top.
